We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is the core responsibility of the selected individual. The ideal candidate needs to be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and strategy.
Your responsibilities include creating an editorial social media calendar, assisting in digital marketing campaigns and analytics, handling content for articles, blogs, social media, and promotional content. It will also include publishing our quarterly newsletter. If you have creative ideas about engaging our online audience and have experience producing and optimizing new content types, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns on all digital platforms to increase company and brand awareness and assist the company in achieving its annual targets
- Write, edit, proofread and improve blogs, articles, and social media posts, and ensure brand consistency
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts and campaigns (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
- Measure ROI and KPIs against the digital marketing budget, and forecast sales performance trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards on salesforce for marketing analytics and performance against the marketing department’s annual targets and goals
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors share insights with the rest of the team
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in the relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English & a portfolio of published articles.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
- BS or equivalent degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
