- Degree in IT related field, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience in similar role
- Professional certifications (ITIL, CCNA, etc) are a plus
- Good scripting skills: PowerShell, Python, Shell, etc.
- Good experience in Active Directory and Group Policy
- Good experience in Windows and Unix administration
- Good experience in M365 administration
- Experience with public cloud, Google Cloud Platform preferred
- Experience with disaster recovery
- Experience in managing small or medium sized projects
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with vendors
- Experience in working with support ticketing tools
- Self-motivation and drive to initiate change
- Very good English language skills
